To Show our Agency's Commitment to Privacy, we've incorporated this Privacy Policy

The Following is Applicable to Social Influence Builder's (Social Influence) information collecting, use and disclosure practices for the Social Influence Website.

01. WEBSITE VISITORS

Social Influence is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not share, rent or sell this information to others in ways that vary from what is disclosed in this statement.

Like most website operators, Social Influence collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Social Influence’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Social Influence’s visitors use its website. This may include traffic data including user’s IP address, domain server, type of computer, and type of Web Browser. This is anonymous information that does not personally identify a user but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving a user’s experience on the site.

Personal information, such as a user’s name, address, company, company function, contact information and range of paid search spend may be gathered from you on a voluntary basis. Users need not submit this information to use the site. Social Influence also uses ‘’cookies’’ to customize content specific to user’s interests. Social Influence uses user and client information collected to send users and clients information about our products and services or promotional material from some of our partners, or to contact users or clients when necessary. Social Influence also uses user and client information to provide a better experience on the Web site and to improve our client services.

Social Influence only discloses logged in user and IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

02. GATHERING REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In general, when you visit our Web site and access information, you remain anonymous. Certain visitors to our Web site may require registration to access, although typically all that is required is your e-mail address and some basic information about you, such as name, company name and job function to better serve you. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for a Proposal on our website to provide their name and email address.

03. SECURITY

Social Influence has implemented generally accepted standards of technology security in order to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

04. ADVERTISING

We partner with third party ad networks, such as Google Adwords, Bing Ads and Yahoo Gemini, to manage our advertising on other sites. Our Ad network partners use cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads, you may opt-out by using the following links: Google’s Opt-out, Bing’s Opt-out, Yahoo’s Opt-out, or the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-out page. Please note that any opting-out will not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.

05. OUR CLIENTS

Social Influence serves as an agent for each of its clients, in that we provide our services for the benefit of the client. Each of our clients uses our services to maximize their advertising campaigns. Each client instructs us as to what types of data it would like us to collect on its behalf. This data may include search engine referral and purchase behavior and information.

Social Influence may track certain actions on clients’ Web sites, including Web surfers visiting certain pages on the client’s sites or taking specific actions. We use persistent cookies and pixel tracking to determine activity at the client’s site. With respect to individuals who visit those sites as a result of clicking on a customer ad on search engines, our ad server will place or read a unique tracking cookie on the computer and will use non-personal information about the browser and activity at this site (such as a Web surfer’s IP address, Web pages which have been viewed by a Web surfer, date and time) to track whether the referral results in a transaction, as defined by the customer.

06. LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES

Our Service may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that Social Influence is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy and terms and conditions of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites, products or services.

07. USING GOOGLE ADWORDS REMARKETING

Our Website uses the remarketing services to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin or by using Google’s Opt-out link.

08. AGGREGATED STATISTICS

Social Influence may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website. Social Influence may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Social Influence does not disclose your personally-identifying information.

09. COOKIES

To enrich and perfect your online experience, Social Influence uses “Cookies”, similar technologies and services provided by others to display personalized content, appropriate advertising and store your preferences on your computer. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Social Influence uses cookies to help Social Influence identify and track visitors, their usage of our website, and their website access preferences. Social Influence visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Social Influence’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of Social Influence’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies. By continuing to navigate our website without changing your cookie settings, you hereby acknowledge and agree to Social Influence’s use of cookies.

10. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Social Influence may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Social Influence’s sole discretion. Social Influence encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
