## at a glance

Sabbya is a Montreal fashion boutique founded by Sabrina Bélanger, operating in the fashion and retail sector. The business sells clothing and accessories to shoppers in the Montreal area, with an online presence at sabbya.com.

Before working with Social Influence, Sabbya was generating calls and sales it could not tie back to its advertising campaigns. The business did not know which marketing channels were actually working, making it difficult to make informed decisions about where to invest its advertising budget.

## what was the starting point?

Sabbya, a Montreal fashion boutique, had no visibility into the effectiveness of its marketing campaigns. Phone calls were not tracked, making it impossible to attribute sales to the various advertising channels.

## What did we find?

### Campaigns without performance measurement

Sabbya had no way to measure how well its marketing campaigns were actually performing. Without that visibility, the business could not tell which ad spend was worth keeping.

### Phone calls without tracking

Phone calls generated by its campaigns were not being tracked. That gap left an entire channel of customer contact invisible to any reporting.

### Sales without advertising attribution

Sales could not be attributed to a specific advertising channel. That made it impossible to know with confidence where advertising budget should go.

### No real-time reports

No system was producing real-time reports on where leads were coming from. Real-time data was needed to adjust ad budgets quickly instead of reacting after the fact.

## What work did we do?

Social Influence deployed a phone automation system with call tracking and marketing attribution. Intelligent workflows analyze each lead source and provide real-time reports, enabling precise optimization of advertising budgets.

## What does the client say?

> Before SIB, we were spending on advertising without knowing what was working. Now every dollar is tracked and we know exactly which channels drive sales. It completely changed our marketing approach.

The client’s own words. This is their experience in their market, not a promise of results.
